As I listen to Vicky, it brings back memories of growing up in a small south Idaho town with a majority mormon population. I was too young and niave to understand why some of my female classmates were so depressed but found out later on. My heart goes out to to them now. Thank you, Vicky, for being courageous to expose this hideous practice. And may those of us who hear your story be courageous enough stand with you and those girls who have suffered so terribly much! P.S. I would have loved to have had you as my teacher!
